4. Usually, our customer usually pays in cash at the start of the event, because they know our schedule does not allow us to wait (ie; we might have another contract right after). This arrangement benefits both the client and our band.

5. A contract is always required, unless there isn’t enough time to receive, sign and send it back to us, then a verbal contract is used instead.

5. 5.What is the fastest way to send and receive a contract?
   

6. The quickest way is by fax or email. Another alternative is to meet in person at some convenient place to sign the contract and receive the deposit.

7. No, in this situation we use a verbal contract, because there isn’t enough time to send and receive a written contract.

7. 7.May I request that you play my favorite song/s at the event, will you know it?    Our repertoire is very extensive, but if we don’t know it then we will try to learn it for the event date, provided that there is time for the band to learn it in time.
